As you may know I am planning to start Simgirls 2. I want to form a small game studio as soon as next month and SG2 will be its first commercial project. If you are experienced PC game developers, programmers or artists and you are interested in the project, please contact me by emails (with your portfolios). I am looking for a really strong team to build one of the best adult games of our time. Key Game Concepts: -it will be a commercial adult game -all characters and stories will be original and open-ended -the core game will be a turn-based strategy game like FF tactics with both male & female characters that you can date, fight and fuck That's all I can say for now. Updates: 1) Refined model's manager mini-game. I combined Beauty and Charm into "Beauty", and EQ and IQ into "Intelligence". Now the girls only have three stats: Beauty, Intelligence and Luck. The growth rate for each stat is also slightly increased. It should be a lot less tedious to build up the stats in this latest version. Sana also uses a new skill to attack instead of seduction. The attack power is entirely based on the number of her fans. Therefore keeping her fans no. low is more important now, and Ami's powerful rumors will be very helpful. Besides fan club option will only increase defense by 100% so the effect of Ami's zero-fan-loss defense is more useful than ever. At the end Ami is still a hard-to-build but very valuable character at the later stage. Since there are only three stats, the price tag for each training is also raised significantly. Kotomi can build these stats faster than anyone and cost 50% less money. Very useful in the early stage and give Kotomi an early advantage (unless you have lots of money to start). The last ultimate wish which only Karin can make has changed to maximize all stats for herself. The wish for more fans also increase to 50% instead of 20%. If you are lucky Karin can be an extremely powerful model, if you are lucky... Tomoko stays the same. 2) Refined the all other training programs for the player. Make the whole experience less tedious again. 3) Polished little things here and there including the scenes and events. For example, exams now require higher knowledge level but also reward the player by a bigger scholarship. 4) Corrected some mistakes in the scenes. For example during the scene where Karin just upgraded to a maid, player should choose "... take to a whole new level, thank you." to increase h-level for Karin. Since many have troubles with maxing out the h-levels, I listed all hints in the FAQ section. I hope it can help. 5.25 Updates: 1. Fixed more glitches 8. Corrected some mistakes in the story 9. Added bulk purchase feature for all gifts Notes: In order to max out all h-levels, completing Tomoko's birthday scene and drama club project are necessary. You must also upgrade Karin to Playmate status. Winning model competition is almost necessary. Without the 250k grand prize it is very hard to get 300k for the mega-playboy ending. I feel that I still owe Simgirls a Mega-playboy ending. It is promised in the middle of the game that player is free to do whatever he wants. Other than more touch ups here and there, this is the last thing I will do for SG before moving on to SG2. Mega-playboy ending will require player to max out every single stat/level in the game (including a certain amount of money... being RICH$$$ is a must for playboys). For those who are interested, please feel free to share your own ideal mega-playboy ending here. I re-submitted the latest version as a new game on newgrounds yesterday. It is now ranked #1 in the "P-Bot's Picks" section on the left side of the front page. Although I don't know what the heck it means, I feel that it's still an achievement for a seriously dated game like Simgirls. Most reviewers seem to be happy with the gameplay, but they are also complaining the dated graphics. I guess if people can see it as a good old classic they will be more forgiving. Anyway it's still encouraging to see that happened, and it also makes me want to start a new game project, full-time, on tablets and/or iPads. 5.24 releases. 04/25/2012
It's all polishing and no new content was added in this version. Updates: 1. Introduced a new iphone-like smartphone to combine the current PDA and cellphone. 2. Added feature to turn off sound on the smartphone due to overwhelming demand. 3. Adjusted car racing difficulty due to overwhelming demand. 4. Fixed bug: extra pictures in Tomoko's album. 5. Fixed glitch: unable to display words properly in Ami's diary. 6. Polished the East Wing of the school. 7. Fixed glitch: annoying bo-ing noise throughout the game. 8. Refined some details in the stories and game play. For examples, - Girls will only take flowers only at new friends level, and gradually take more types of gifts as relationship improves. - Moved hentai levels from model stats screen to the regular status screen for easier access. Finally the story is completed! I am not likely to add any more to the story. Please don't send me emails about adding more to the story for now. Updates: 1. Added Ami's ending. 2. Refined model's manager game and the duels. For example combo now requires clicking repeatedly like the cheer button, and it has a higher success rate when the model has less energy left. It also requires $50k to join the model's competition. 3. Fixed the bug that Akira has no fans at the competition. 4. Divided the original cat fight scene into two parts and added new quality images to enhance it. Some fans said that they didn't like to share their girls with other men, so I made a new side story to solve the issue. The 2nd half of the scene now became a new hidden scene. I am just wondering if anyone is willing to gather some walkthrus found on the internet and put together an official walkthru for the latest version.
